“My sister Jasmine comes home today! Mama woke up at 5:30 because she couldn’t wait to bring her home with us.
I, personally, don’t really understand what “your sister is coming home today” means, but Mom and Dad keep telling me that I should be excited.
We don’t know if we will be able to keep Jasmine yet, we have to see how the two of us get along, but we will know for sure in two weeks. From her adoption photos she looks friendly: light yellow coat, long pink tongue, sweet brown eyes.
I just hope the two of us can get along. I hope she makes it easy for me to love her.”
